So… What the Pho? It’s a Gourmet Food Truck serving up Bahn mi, Pho, and asian fusion. After managing restaurants and working in the food service industry for over 20 years, and also working on one of the DC areas popular food trucks, I have decided to bring my own culinary chops to the streets of DC.
